Governing Boards often carry our much of their business through committees. Within TDET, these committees are referred to as Local Governing Bodies and the governing board decides the constitution, membership and terms of reference of all LGB's, and must review these annually.
Each committee must have a chair and a clerk. For committee meetings, the qurom is a minimum of three members of the committee. Any decision taken must be determined by a majority vote of those governors present and voting.
