The new year and spring term started with the all staff annual conference at Kingsgate Church.

CEO, Julie Taylor and the senior leadership team opened the conference by reflecting on the achievements of the year gone by and the anticipated growth of the Trust over the year ahead, before Principals from the individual trust schools celebrated their unique learning environments.

Following the opportunity for cross-trust networking, motivational speaker, Jonathan Peach delivered a workshop on the art of being brilliant, both as individuals and as a collective, to deliver the best possible outcomes for the children in the care and education of Thomas Deacon Education Trust.
