Our like-minded academies work together in many ways to share experiences and best practice. Colleagues take part in our annual TDET conference and are part of a range of trust-wide networks including subject-specific and headteacher groups.
TDET academies work cross-phase to develop new ideas and share learning across all phases of education. This is enhanced by our close proximity and ability to regularly meet in person, observe lessons and collaborate.
We are united by our values but strengthened by our diversity. We believe it is essential for our academies to have their own unique identity because whilst our beliefs may be the same, the context of our academies are different. Our expert leaders are best placed to ensure their academy is meeting the needs of their community and it is our academies’ unique characteristics that stimulate innovation across the Trust.
